i thought this would be a chic stay, but i was shocked to find leftover condoms under the bed, yikes! the soundproofing is abysmal, so much noise from the plumbing. woudl it kill them to upgrade my room for such inconvenience? i almost left a good review, but i just couldn’t. disappointing!

Location impressed me right away. Taipei Main Station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. I loved the abundance of eateries nearby, including a 24-hour Japanese restaurant and convenience stores. My corner room was clean and offered a bit more space than the standard layout, but I wished for more room to move around with my luggage. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the universal sockets, making it easy to charge my devices. However, the sound from the hallway was noticeable. I heard people talking and doors slamming often, which disrupted my peaceful moments. The small size of the bathroom posed a challenge when opening luggage. Overall, a solid place to stay but could use some soundproofing and room improvements.

The room was much smaller than advertised. I was initially given a room under 100 square feet when I had booked for a larger size.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, nicely designed rooms and the free self-serve laundry service. The only downside was the sometimes spotty Wi-Fi on lower levels. 😊

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially with the incredibly helpful staff and the great proximity to iconic sites like the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, which is just under 2 km away, and Daan Forest Park, only about 2.5 km away, perfect for those who love leisurely walks in the park after exploring the city.

I found that the room was incredibly small and cramped. The plumbing was noisy, which disrupted the quiet I was hoping for during my stay. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent when I raised these concerns, which made my experience less enjoyable.

We loved staying here! The staff were super friendly, especially when we asked about tour info for Jiufen and Shifen. Plus, being nearby great eateries made it easy to grab food with our small baby. Everything felt clean and enjoyable.

My kids wished the room was a bit larger.

Great stay with friends! Loved the fast wifi and awesome room ambiance. The location is perfect for getting around, with plenty of food stalls and shops nearby. We visited Jiufen and Shifen, and the tour info from the front desk helped us a lot. Useful amenities like the washing machines made our trip even easier. Highly recommend getting a larger room for more comfort!

Luggage storage was convenient, but Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow at times.
